Judging period will be closed on Sep 2, why the announcement will be later this month?

Since the judging period is Aug.29th - Sep.2nd, I think we can get the announcement within 1 week after the judgment? Right ? Is there anything need do between that time?

  I know waiting for the results can be tough, but we expect to announce on 9/27. If we can share any earlier, we will!
