Submissions not following the hackathon rules

Just wondering if the submissions that don't follow all the rules of the competition, in particular those with the demo video not shorter than 5 minutes, are going to be removed before the voting/judging opens?

    Hi Toby,

    Thanks for reaching out! All submissions are reviewed for eligibility. Please note that while including a video is a requirement, the length of the video is a recommendation. The rules state that the video, "a. should be less than five (5) minutes." Please let me know if you have any questions!

    Exactly, that's what I mean. Half of the submissions are more than five (5) minutes.

    Hey Toby,

    The rules don't require that the video be a certain length, just a suggested length. The requirement is that a demo video be included. Therefore, the exact length of a video is not enough on its own to make a submission ineligible. If you have any more specific questions, please feel free to message me at support@devpost.com!
